10/30 Guns, Buns, and Ab Challenge

Don't forget to get to do today's challenge! We have made it to day 10!!!
105 Squats in a row is kind of CRAZY! I suggest you start breaking them up.  You can break them up anyway you want. I am breaking mine up into 3 sets today.

First Set: 
 35 Squats
 4 Pushups
 20 Leg Lifts 

Next 2 Sets:
 35 Squats
 3 Pushups
 20 Leg Lifts 

Keep up the good work! We are 1/3 of the way done! :) 
Don't forget your cardio!
