That's right folks its time to weigh in and get my measurements to see if I have lost anything!!! I feel skinnier so I'm hoping that means I'll see results!
At the beginning of the month I didn't do a whole lot of muscle workouts it was more cardio. 1 week before the end of the month I decided to add in more muscle workouts and I'm glad I did!
Time to go shopping!!!
