8/30 Guns, Buns and Ab Challenge

What a great way to start off the day! Get your challenge done early today so your not tempted to put it off!
BEST part about today's Challenge NO SQUATS!!! (I think I need to get more excited about squats)
I'm excited to see the results at the end of the 30 days! I am seeing a few results and cant wait for them to be improved!
Have fun with today's challenge! Don't forget to do 30 min, of cardio and to eat clean!
